What alert types and frequencies does Sahm support?

1. Alert Price: Support multiple price alerts, including Last price, Bid price and Ask price;

2. Frequency: Support setting a frequency for the alert, including:

• Only Once: Alert only once when the condition is met;
• Once Per Day: Alert only once at the first time in a single day even if the condition is met on several occasions;
• Every Time: Alert every time when the condition is met.
