(1) Interruption, pause, delay or data fault of trading instructions which might occur due to malfunction, break-off, delay or other factors of internet data transmission or mobile networks transmission.
(2) Your personal information, including without limitation: account, password, or trading information, is divulged due to your own activities, such as the loss of your cellphone or improper safekeeping of your password, and any losses that arise therefrom.
(3) Fault, errors or delays of trading instructions or market information due to malfunction of the net or servers suffered from illegal attack or virus infection suffered.
(4) Fault, errors or delays of trading instructions or market information due to your device problems, such as incompatibility, unstable performance, or system issues.
(5) Failure of commission or commission fault is caused by your improper operation.
(6) Malfunction of the Sahm platform due to force majeure events including but not limited to war, natural disasters, pandemic, civil disobedience, strikes, actions taken by the government department and/ or any other events that cannot be predicted or controlled by Sahm Capital.
(7) Using the Sahm platform to conduct any illegal activity or any act infringing other’s rights and interests, thus causing loss to you and/or a third party.
TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHT
Sahm Capital reserves any and all rights, title and interest in and to the Sahm platform, including all copyrights, trademarks, patents, intellectual and other property rights in the Information, products, services and their relevant arrangements contained in the Sahm platform. No express or implied license is granted in this respect. You may personally use the Information, products and services provided by Sahm Capital upon your agreement to the terms of use of such Information, products or services. Any other use is prohibited and the Information may not be reproduced, in whole or part, without the specific prior written permission of Sahm Capital.
