Who Are We?

Valuable Capital Financial Company (VCFC) is a closed joint-stock company established on January 20, 2022. The company is registered under the unified establishment number (7027499784) and holds a commercial registration number (1010774084) issued from Riyadh. The company's authorized capital is SAR 56,250,000. VCFC operates in activities related to dealing, custody, and advisory services in securities, under the license granted by the Saudi Arabian Capital Market Authority (CMA), number (22251-25) issued on October 19, 2022. The company commenced its operations on October 1, 2023. VCFC has a branch "Sahm Business Services Company." Valuable Capital Group Limited and eWT Arabia Technology Innovation Limited are the direct shareholders of VCFC.

With a proven track record of effective leadership, Hadeel's management prowess stands out prominently. She has successfully established and adeptly managed multiple Brokerage departments, showcasing her ability to drive teams and operations to excellence. Her commitment to delivering top-tier services extends to both retail and institutional clients. Throughout her journey, she has accomplished remarkable milestones. Notably, Hadeel spearheaded the creation of local, GCC, and international trading desks, alongside fixed income trading capabilities. She also played a pivotal role in expanding the dealing department to encompass money market products. Ms. Huma is a finance professional with over 17 years of experience in corporate finance, accountancy, financial reporting, audit and assurance, risk and internal controls and due diligence reporting. A results-driven professional with over 16 years of experience in Chartered Accountant firms, hospitality, microfinancing, tech startups, and transaction advisory including fund-raising for startups, consultancy and CSR. She is a Certified Public Accountant-CPA from ICPAP, certified in accountancy and Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), and has other certifications in financial modeling, business valuation, corporate finance and national economic security.

Ms. Assaf began her professional career in 2008 in the financial services and investment sector, where she held several different positions in that field. Prior to joining VCFC, she worked as a Compliance & AML manager in several financial companies. Ms. Assaf holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, from King Abdul-Aziz University. She also holds the necessary professional certificates to exercise the function of compliance control and reporting of money laundering from the Capital Market Authority, in addition to several related professional certificates.

Yeh Hung Steven Chou

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Yeh Hung Chou (Steven) has over 20 years of experience in authority including Hong Kong Exchange/ Taiwan futures exchange and financial institutions in the Asia-Pacific region including Mainland China/ Hong Kong/ Taiwan/ Japan in terms of marketing and business development, along with over 10 years experiences in senior management, board, and committee role and skills to operate the corporation. He is the Special Consultant of Valuable Capital Limited, a licensed corporation by Hong Kong SFC and a registered participant of HKEX while holding HK SFC licensed Type 1&2&5 Responsible officer, Type 4 Representative, where his senior management, sales, business development, and IT skills involved, and experience can be effectively utilized for management strategy. He holds a Master of Science degree from the State University of New York.

Faisal Alkhamisi

Mr. Faisal Alkhamisi is a serial entrepreneur in the tech sector with over 20 years of experience in Startups and mobile apps, with a special focus on Chat, Games, Video Streaming, and e-commerce.After years of being an entrepreneur, Faisal devoted himself to public sector projects, leading several government funds each dispersing over a billion dollars to stimulate the local private and tech sectors. As a key decision-maker in supporting the growth of local companies, Faisal’s work has played a key role in growing Saudi Arabia’s start-up ecosystem.Having funded, and guided start-ups and VCs across MENA, Faisal is well-connected in the Startups/VC’s space and is a board member of the Communications and Information Technology Commission and the Saudi Federation for Cyber Security, Programming, and Drones.

Yousef AlYousefi

Mr. Yousef AlYousefi is CEO at Joa Capital and Managing Partner at S3 Ventures, where he invests in early-stage ventures in Saudi Arabia in partnership with leading Saudi investors and corporations. Prior to founding Joa Capital, Mr. AlYousefi was a founding partner at Marco Partners, where he advised leaders in public and private sector organizations on alternative investment strategies. Prior to that, he was the founding managing director at RTF, Saudi Arabia’s first institutionally backed venture capital fund. He started his career in the oil and gas, management consulting, and investment management industries working at multinationals such as Saudi Aramco, Schlumberger, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Passport Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He sits on the board of Saudi Post, Med Gulf Insurance, Saudi Airlines Cater Ing Company, and Saudi Automotive Services Company (SASCO)and previously served on the boards of Saudi Fransi Capital and Leejam Sports Company (Fitness Time) and the investment committee of Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC).

Ting Cheung (Jess)

Mr. Ting Cheung (Jess) is currently the Co-founder of Valuable Capital Group Ltd and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since 2016 and board of directors since July 2017, responsible for the group’s integrated enterprise financial solutions business and international expansion. In 2015, Mr. Cheung founded TRR Trading Co., Ltd, a company primarily engaged in the wholesale trade, and was responsible for strategic planning, team formation, and supply chains. Prior to that, Mr. Cheung co-founded Pearlica Technologies Limited, a hardware company focusing on local network security. Mr. Cheung received a master’s degree in business administration from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in 2015, and a bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University in 2010.

Shiu Shan Chan (Andrew)

Mr. Shiu Shan Chan (Andrew) is an expert in the financial industry, currently holding the position of President at Yuzhou Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited and Vice President at Yuzhou Financial Holdings Group. In addition to his corporate position, he is extensively involved in public service, where he is a member of The Election Committee of The Government of HKSAR, a Member of The Guangdong CPPCC, Vice Honorary Secretary of The Hong Kong Chinese Importers’ & Exporters’ Association and Chairman of The Industrial and Commercial Committee of HKCIEA. Prior to that, he also had extensive Corporate Governance experience from his representation as a director or CEO in different companies across Petroleum, Electricity, and Food industries. Back in 2005, he served as Head of Investment Manager Services at BNP Paribas Securities Services (Australia). Andrew holds a master’s degree in Business Administration(Executive) from the City University of Hong Kong.

Yi Song (Crystal)

Ms. Yi Song (Crystal) has over 15 years of experience in extensive industries, especially financial services, currently holding the position of Vice President at Samtak Investment Holdings Limited and General Manager at Shenzhen Qianhai Zhengdao Qidi Asset Management Co.,Ltd. She designed strategy and set goals for the growth of the company, evaluated, and improved operational and financial performance when she previously held the position of Vice president in several companies. Back in 2007, she also engaged in the audit profession when she worked at KPMG China.Crystal holds a master’s degree in business administration (EMBA) from China Europe International Business School.
