** Shares of aircraft lessor AerCap AER.N dip 3.3% to $65.45 post-market as General Electric Co GE.N to divest its remaining stake
** AER says GE to sell ~26.7 mln shares in secondary offering
** If full overallotment option of ~4 mln shares is exercised, GE will no longer hold any of AER's shares
** As past of offering, AER to repurchase approx $500 mln worth of shares from underwriters with cash on hand
** Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, BofA and JP Morgan acting as jt bookrunners; offering expected to price later this evening
** AER's stock on Mon closed up 1.3% at $67.70
** Shares have risen ~14% since co on Oct 27 raised its full-yr profits guidance, and announced new $500 mln stock buyback program
